The Farmstand B & B offers four rooms, sharing two full baths.  A full country breakfast is provided, made from locally sourced ingredients whenever possible.  Farm fresh eggs, local bacon, house-made sausage are just some of the items available, along with freshly baked scones, muffins and breakfast breads.  (Click here for the recipe of our popular breakfast scones) Coffee and Tea are always available, along with home-baked delights.  All prices include a locally sourced breakfast for two, (our bacon comes from next door!) daily housekeeping, tea, coffee, soft drinks,  and any spur of the moment parties that might happen! There is a hot tub outside that is available year round. Wifi is provided, and there is a library of books, board games and magazines. Guests are encouraged to play the piano in the living room, or pull out their own instruments for an impromptu jam session. Sorry, no children under 12 years old, (unless you are renting all 4 rooms) and we are not “pet-friendly”.

A 50% deposit of the total cost of your stay is needed to guarantee all reservations. Your credit card will be charged the day you make your reservation. There is a 25.00 processing fee on all cancellations, and a 14 day cancellation is necessary for a refund, unless we can re-book the room.

There is a 2 night minimum on all weekends, and holiday weekends, (Labor Day, Columbus Day) have a 3 night minimum

Chocorua Room: Twin bedded room that converts to a comfortable king bed as well, north east corner of the home, winter view of Mt Chocorua, and a view of the Chocorua Dam and river.   165.00 - 175.00 double occupancy. No single occupancy rate for this room. Sorry, no pets or children under 12 years old.

Tamworth Room: Queen bed, southwest corner of the house with a view of the barn and cider house. $140.00 single / 165.00 - 175.00 d.o. Sorry, no pets, no children under 12 years old.
